Lee v. Aigner-Treworgy Suffolk Superior Court Civil Action No. 19-3799B This page contains information about a lawsuit, called Lee v. Aigner-Treworgy. This lawsuit is about fees parents are charged in the state's income eligible subsidized child care program, run by the Department of Early Education and Care, also called EEC. As a result of this lawsuit, EEC has updated and lowered the fees parents are charged for subsidized child care. It is also allowing parents excluded from care because of fees to get back on the waitlist. |
