MassHealth’s redetermination process will begin after three years of providing members with continuous coverage due to federal requirements related to the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE), which began in March 2020. Now that the continuous coverage requirement is ending, MassHealth must return to standard renewal operations, and will need to make certain that all members still qualify for coverage.
To ensure that you receive important information from MassHealth during this process, please make sure that MassHealth has your most up-to-date contact information, including your address, phone number and email.
